Return Policy
TREESTANDS, SADDLE STANDS, CLIMBING STICKS, POCKET ARMS & BOWS
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery confirmation, minus the shipping cost. If you’d like to exchange your item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery confirmation, minus the shipping cost. If the product has a defect or there is a shipping error due to Lone Wolf Custom Gear (LWCG), then LWCG will issue a full credit and pay shipping costs for the return.
If the 14-day standard return period has passed, you may still return your product up to 30 days after the date of delivery confirmation. Returns during this grace period will be subject to the shipping cost plus a $50 restocking fee.
All products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. If there is any sign of use, you will not be refunded for your return and will be responsible for return shipping. Returns are not accepted after 30 days of delivery confirmation.
Before sending back a product, you must request a return authorization number, as we will not accept returns without one. Your approved return authorization will include a shipping label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your return/exchange amount.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.

BLEMISHED/DISCOUNTED GEAR, BRANDED ACCESSORIES, DVDS, AND APPAREL
All blemished/discounted products, branded accessories, and DVD sales are final. Apparel may be exchanged for a different size within 14-days of delivery confirmation if not worn, and a return authorization number is requested. Discounted apparel sales are final.
