There is a lifetime warranty on all non-wearable parts. Wearable parts are warrantied from manufacturers defects.
Undercover™️ Trail Camera
There is a 2-year standard warranty on all Undercover™️ Trail Cameras. This does not include environmental damage and/or normal wear and tear.
Packs
There is a 2-year quality warranty on the Wolf Pack™️, Mobile Hunter™️ waist pack and the Halfpack™ Hybrid pack. If there is a defect in the sewing/stitching or any other defect in the quality of the product, we will evaluate the issue and repair as necessary. This does not include environmental damage and/or normal wear and tear.
*A flat rate shipping fee of either $4.99 or $14.99 is charged for all warrantied parts.
